📄 Please read our policies about our scheduling and service procedures:
💰 Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment is secured.
💳 Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid before the technician completes the service.
✔️ We do not accept checks or ACH payments.
📌 Payment Policy
All invoices must be paid by 9:00 PM on the day of service. Payments received after 9:00 PM will incur a $35 late fee. Reminders are sent in advance as a courtesy. We appreciate your understanding and timely payment!
📌 Refund Policy
While certain policies are firm, we always aim to handle changes with fairness and understanding.
- Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new appointment within 30 days (with proper notice).
- Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Short-notice cancellations (under 48 hours) are not eligible for refund or deposit transfer.
- Completed Services: Once a service has been completed, all payments are final.
📌 Custom & Refinish Orders Policy
- All said orders with Pink Power Solution are final and non-refundable.
Custom work is created based on the information, instructions, and approvals provided by the customer. If the completed work matches the approved specifications, design, and materials, it is considered fulfilled.
- We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preference, expectations, or changes of mind.
Throughout the process, we communicate any issues or changes that may arise so you can decide how to proceed. Any additional changes or revisions requested beyond the approved design may require additional fees.
- By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that Pink Power Solution is not liable for refunds, replacements, or additional work once the approved specifications have been met.

- If Pink Power Solutions must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made.
